If you have a dental emergency, ( severe pain, swelling, bleeding or trauma) please try and call us first thing in the morning and we will try and get you seen as soon as possible in our emergency slot times. Patients calling in the afternoon may not be able to access our service until the following day.

For Emergency Appointments, patients will be invited in to the practice on a ‘sit and wait‘ basis during our emergency slot allocated hours.

‘Sit and wait’ means, arriving at the practice at the time given to you and then wait in the reception area until the dentist is able to see you. This means that some patients may have to wait up to an hour.

We endeavour to help in the best way possible to relieve you of your dental pain, on the day.
