Associate Dentist Wanted.
Knockroon Dental Practice is an independently owned practice in Cumnock, a beautiful, semi-rural area of Scotland yet, comfortably close to major cities and towns as well as the beautiful Ayrshire coastline. You could create a work-life balance that would be hard to find elsewhere in the UK. The practice has an excellent reputation for providing quality dental treatment in a modern, friendly and relaxed environment.
We have an opportunity for Associate Dentists to join us. Additionally, having researched and trialled a post pandemic working model, some Dentists are experiencing a high potential and high uptake of dental care plans together with private and cosmetic dentistry. The practice is prepared to provide training for clear alignment systems.
This is a full/part-time permanent position and exciting opportunity for Associate Dentists to join our 3-surgery practice and our experienced, patient focussed team. Suitably qualified and registered, you bring with you an ambitious, friendly and courteous manner with patients, alongside good general dentistry skills and extensive knowledge. You will be a good team player and you’ll receive the full support of our great team of Dentists, dental nurses and practice staff whist being given the freedom to structure your own workload in line with the progressive aims and objectives of the practice.
Reporting to the Principal Dentist and with the support of the Practice Manager, you will have clinical freedom in the practice, which is well-appointed with modern fully equipped surgeries including, digital radiography, rotary endodontics, digitalised with Software of Excellence and 3Shape intra-oral scanning.
For a future focused individual, who is, perhaps, looking for more independence away from ‘the treadmill’, this is a genuine opportunity to take ownership and make a difference. You’ll be given autonomy and the ability to share in the future success of the practice as it moves forward.
